Information about refunds and returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence to request a replacement or refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped and the incorrect item to be returned.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Unopened items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before returning any items to receive authorization.
